We at HORKAI believe that our expert knowledge in creating animal scenes in movies can help you save time and money if you are ready to involve us in the preparation phase. We are more than happy to read scripts sent to us, or to review schedules and storyboards. We sincerely believe that our knowledge of animal behaviour can give you the necessary insight when developing scripts, estimating shooting times or drawing storyboards.

STORYBOARDS

It is quite common that filmmakers or scriptwriters envision animal scenes that either do not match the natural behaviour of the animal or are impossible to realise as it is scripted. We encourage you to come and visit us, or get ideas through a conference call before you draw up your animal scenes. Storyboards can help you save money and we are more than happy to share our expertise so you can get what you aim at.

TRAINING AND PREP

Once we have a clear vision of what is expected and how it can be achieved, we video document all phases of our training and preparation process and match it to the storyboard so you can validate whether your vision corresponds to the animal action. This way we can easily make any adjustments or corrections to the actions in time to make your vision come to life.
